  1. The product must be purchased from our authorised Singapore retailers
  2. An original sales receipt is required
  3. For most products, there is a 12 months warranty period
  4. A product which is over the warranty period, we will not be able to support any claim

Things to bring for warranty claim
  1. For products ordered from our managed Shopee/Lazada/Qoo10/Amazon/Redmart online stores, you can show us your order confirmation email. Alternatively you can provide the order number and the email address that was used to place the order in for us to retrieve your order details.
  2. For products that were purchased offline, a proof of purchase (invoice, receipt or equivalent) must be presented to our support staff for verification of warranty coverage.
